| Payment should be made in Japanese Yen (JPY) by credit card and is only possible through the online registration system. We will accept credit cards below and transactions will appear on your statement as a payment to “k-convention”. |

Banking details are provided at the registration system.
A fee of 5,000JPY will be added to your registration fee for payments via bank transfer. |

| When making a bank transfer, you must include your registration No. and name in your information. Please complete bank transfer within 10days after registration.

| Currency exchange charges or bank collection fees are the responsibility of the registrant. |

Cancellation Policy |
|
| |
| Only if your payment method is by credit card, cancellations are permitted until October 10th, 2024 and registrants will receive a refund after deducted necessary fees. Cancellations must be submitted in writing, including your name and registration number, directly to the ISBF2024 Conference Secretariat(biofabrication2024-reg@congre.co.jp) by the above date. |

Registration Confirmation |

Registration is valid only upon receipt of full payment. A registration confirmation email will be sent immediately after you complete the registration.
If you do not receive a confirmation email within 24 hours of registering, please check your spam folder and then contact ISBF2024 Conference Secretariat (biofabrication2024-reg@congre.co.jp) by email.
URL for “My page” which you can confirm/modify your registered data and download a receipt will be informed in the confirmation email. |

Your name badge, certificate of attendance and other congress materials will be
handed at the on-site registration desk. Show your receipt of registration fee, which you can download via “My page”, to receive them. |

| Visa regulations depend on your nationality and country of origin. We suggest you contact your local Japanese Embassy or Consulate for full and official instructions on the specific visa regulations and application procedure that apply to you. |

Insurance |

| Please be advised that your registration fee does not include any form of insurance so please ensure that you have your own insurance policy before traveling. The Organizing Committee and the ISBF2024 Conference Secretariat are not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from the substitution, alteration, postponement or cancellation of any event due to causes beyond its control including without limitation, force majeure, natural disasters, sabotage, accidents, trade or labor disputes, terrorism, strikes or hostilities. Insurance must be purchased in your country of residence. |
